Roof Restoration (R'Renov)

1.		Remove all broken roof tiles and replace using a similar type of tiles. Make good roof leakages
2.		Pressure clean the entire roof areas from top to bottom using 3000psi Direct Drive Portable Pressure Washers with a turbo type nozzle
3.		Clean out all surrounding gutters and remove all rusty particles. Replace badly rusted valley irons and flashings if necessary.
4.		Apply 1 coat of selected masonry sealer to ensure bonding, good adhesion and seal off cracks
5.		Apply 2 coats of acrylic roof paint with Air-less Spray Machine
